In addition, each unit includes a feed conveyor belt, an egg conveyor belt, and a chicken litter robotic scraper. Each extension has a series of conveyor belts which transport the eggs to the centre of the “H” which is known as the Central Egg Room. The Central Egg Room houses a cutting edge Prinzen packer and fully automated 3-lane palletiser which mechanically places the eggs from the conveyor belt on to trays and stacks them on to pallets, ready for the next stage of transportation. The Vencomatic Veranda Gallery Aviary System along with unique design perch poles significantly improves long term bird welfare and results in low mortality rates, high egg production and birds which remain in optimum condition. Uniquely shaped Vencomatic Mite Perch anti-red mite perches with incorporated electrodes remove the need for chemical treatment, resulting in large annual savings, while the internal equipment is constructed of Vencomatic Magnelis Steel, a unique galvanisation process which significantly extends the lifespan of the unit.
